Spoke with an employee, Heather, about the eating issues my dog is having and she was able to suggest items that may help him have a better appetite.

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They helped with my concerns about my dog and offered great tips to help with obedience issues.

The staff were friendly, Petco had the chew sticks I needed for my dog as well as the brand of food I buy her. I was able to get in and out very quickly!

Sometimes you have to wait to be checked out because no one is at the registers.

No line at check out. Both associates were friendly.

An associate stood right next to me and didn't acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. When I was at the register the associate was too engaged with another associate to notice I was there waiting to be checked out. There was an associate who did carry a heavy item to the front for me.

The only store that sells the dog food in my town.

I had an ok experience. I wish the staff were more friendly and asked if you're finding everything alright. Many times I have to search the entire store to even find an employee if I have a question.
