Great new waiter. Very effective. Food came in half order size which was great.

Took FOREVER to be seated and we waited a while for our food.

We went in at 8pm and there was a half hour wait time. There was no need for this half hour wait time. There were TONS of dirty and empty tables waiting to be cleared. The only reason anyone was waiting was because no one was bussing tables. They were having to serve drinks to guests in paper to go cups because they didn't have any clean glasses to use. Bullcrap.

Went to red robin for my sons 16th birthday. Service was slow. Served wrong drinks.Had to ask for needed things, refills with drinks, fries,utensils. They lack communication between staff.
