I purchased an item in the store this morning and when I got it home it did not work. The employees were very apologetic and had no problem returning the item.

I first called to find out if they had any bikes and when I got there I was highly satisfied about what you had there was a very nice selection

I have been a customer of this Cash America for several years & experienced the managerial transition to David as Store Manager. I have only had one issue/misunderstanding in that time & David handled it promptly & professionally. The staff at this store is always friendly & quick to help, particularly Jen, Fatima (Tima) & Jay. I have also already recommended this Cash America to my friends who are looking to shop & take out loans. Overall, highly satisfied!
