Slow service cold food

A girl waiting on me at the drive-thru today and was THE RUDEST girl ever. I was NOT happy about my service. Her name was Latina and she was snippy, short with me and did not seem like she enjoyed her job at all. Maybe she would be happier fired--when she wouldn't have to go to her job. My order was simple, I asked for sauces with a "Please" and she glared at me like I made her life miserable by asking for some sauce. RUDE.

They messed up my order. EVERY TIME I go to this Hardee's, my order gets messed up. EVERY. TIME.
