Service is slow. Food was good. Restaurant drive-thru was clean.

I have visited Hardee's three times this week. I didn't know what visit this survey is on, so I'll explain... Hardee's of Clinton at Norris/Clinton exit food was prepared the way I requested in a timely manner with friendly service besides the blasting speaker in drive thru. However at the other Clinton location, service is terribly slow and quality is questionable. I don't know what it is about this particular Hardee's, they always seem to have the roughest time finding help. I'm not sure if it's pay, lack of training, mgmt, or maybe aces are not in places. Along my route to work I pass 2 Hardee's I'll just chose the Norris/Clinton exit from now on. I can deal with the loud speaker but I must get kids to school on time!!
