The employess were extremely nice & professional. I was beyond satisfied with the variety of items I was looking for and extremely satisfied with the prices. I will most definitely be back to make plenty more purchases.

I have a very nice Rolex watch on layaway and got it for a reasonable price. The staff were nice and friendly. It was rather busy that morning but they moved at a decent pace. During my wait time I found other items that I would like to purchase at a future date.

The store us ALWAYS short handed, been here for 2 hrs. I LOVE shopping at cash America, have been for 20 yrs, this & government st are my favorites. I just don't have a few hours to kill every time I come to but something or pick up a lay away. ALSO lost a lay away this time that supposedly can't be found, & isn't at this store anymore. Yet still can't be found in inventory, so I guess I did have a problem this time. It's a ring I REALLY wanted!!! Supposedly after being threatened to be hit by an employee at govt. St location in 07 I had 30% off for a lifetime. Haven't gotten that either the last 5, yrs
