I went somewhere else first to inquire details of payday advances, they were rude and un-informative. Cash America was friendly, quick and explained everything clearly.

I had major concerns for the standing of my loan because I had lost track of my receipts on several including a layaway. Heather at the Anchorage Dimond Blvd store looked at the paperwork I had with me and very quickly Heather had made sense of it all and made it all very clear to me with new paperwork.

I have never been to such a professional an clean pawn shop before in my life... I have never had a good impression of pawn shops or payday advance places until I walked into the store on dimond blvd in anchorage... The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and not just the person I was working with but the entire staff is was welcomed an made very comfortable as soon as I walked into the store I definatly will be coming back not just for loans but to shop as well

It is a busy environment, but when its your turn especially when you are a regular customer, it don't take long for them to execute there role as customer service representative. "Job well done"

First I want clarify that the associate that helped me with the layaway for this item was very helpful, professional and courteous, however the Assistant Store Manager was very rude and unprofessional (his name is Lenny). I have bought numerous things from this store and other Cash America locations in this town and usually I am considerably happy with my experience with the staff and the items I purchased, however it seems that if I ever have a problem with an item or just am not satisfied with it that if I go to return the item (within the companies return policy) that Lenny always makes a snide remark about me doing so. I actually prefer to not shop there when he is there because of how unpleasant he is. Also he has a tendency to slam doors and throw items around the store when he is "having a bad day", other associates also make comments about his behavior and that they wish they didnt have to deal with that kind of attitude. I think Lenny has the potential to be a better employee and salesman. I hope in the future that I can walk into that location without feeling so anxious about his demeanor and to do business in a professional manner. Thank you
