I used to get loans from a different shop, I always felt they undervalued my merchandise. Someone told me about Cash America and how they were treated with respect and always left with what they needed. I have received three advances in the past year, and I always leave your shop feeling good. Thank you

The gentleman helping as my pawn broker was very friendly and straightforward with the specifics of my pawning two items of mine while keeping one with the option of buying it back. He was more than helpful and very efficient in his use of time to get me in and out quickly and on my way with exactly how much I was hoping to recieve for my items.

This Cash America has a very good selection of merchandise but it seems that they have a very quick turnover for employees and the new employees take a little while to get caught up and they do not understand or have never used the SurveyMini free DVD. I wish I did not need a pawn shop but the economy and specifically my economy are in bad shape. I understand that the amount they will give for an item has to be an amount they can make money off of if the loan goes bad. I know business is business but it seems a little insulting the amount they're willing to offer for some larger ticket items.
