Steak 'n Shake

Greeter was not friendly

I usually go to Steak and Shake because they have caffeine free Diet Coke!

The food tasted good. A little slow on the service though.

Most Steak and Shakes drive thru are very slow. I'm not sure if it's because of lack of help or prep time but I feel it's a lot slower than necessary.

the restaurant was not busy but had to wait awhile to be seated and was acknowledged when I walked in.

Bacon lovers had crumbs of bacon on it asked waitress about it she said that is how it comes I said inI I have had it before it is supposed to be slices of applewood back on not crumbs of beeakfast bacon and did not offer to take it back and correct it instead she brought me more bacon - more crumbs of the same bacon after arguing over what it should have on it and that it was correct. Very displeased with this when usually have good food at steak and shake also both of our orders had cold fries and we both ordered a shake and only one was brought.

Absolutely the slowest service ever. Waitress wasn't on any kind of hurry Just taking her time. Ask for our milkshake to be brought out with meal and it was brought out early. When we mentioned it she made up some excuse and started to walk away. We called her back and told her to please take it back and bring a fresh one when the meal came ....who knew how much longer it would be because we had already been there for an hour. She wasn't happy but she did it. When done she never brought our bill just kept wiping tables so we had to go to pay without one. And the cashier had no personality AT ALL. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

Went inside to order to go. Never was acknowledged by anyone working there. Stood at the register for a while and no one ever said anything. Ended up going through the drive through and still the staff was very rude.

Steak N Shake has the best fries ever absolutely love them with honey mustard. I was extremely dissatisfied with the speed of service that I was given when I first got there. there was to tables that came in after us the wages had their drink orders and a drink on the table before our waitress even get a chance to come over to our table to get any kind of order. I will say that after ordering finally,that was the quickest I've ever received my food at Steak N Shake ever.
