We really love there breakfast. you can't get them like that any where else. staff was super friendly and we will stop at the florala store again

Very unhappy experience. We waited FOREVER without an explanation of what the wait was - we ordered 4 hamburgers and waters and a coke. And we Prob waited 10-15 minutes. We were on a schedule which made it even worse. If they could've just told us what the hold up was, it would've been a little less aggravating. We expected piping hot sandwiches after that wait....but they were not. No fries or anything in our order just burgers - I have no idea the hold up. Not one apology from the help when they handed us our sack - actually not one word. Hope to never visit there again.
