The person in training didn't smile and I had to continually repeat my order, in parts, to her. Eventually we got the order correct but it took 20 minutes to order and receive my food. Not happy.

The food I got was greasy and disgusting. The sweet tea I bought also tastes disgusting with no ice in it. The staff was great and I had a good experience up until I got my food.

Hardee's seems to always have exceptionally poor customer service - even their managers, I'm discovering. I ordered the charbroiled chicken club. I was informed a couple of minutes later that their grill was broken, so I compromised and got a crispy version. The cashier repeatedly told the kitchen worker(s) how to make it, pulled me forward and I got my food about 10 minutes later. Drove all the way home, 20 minutes away, and the chicken sandwich only had lettuce and mayo; it was missing the Swiss cheese and bacon. Pretty big difference.
