Good quick service

We first went in and are sitting in the restaurant. The service was good, but the burgers were over cooked and very crunchy on the edges. We then decided to get milkshakes through the drive-thru. We spent almost 25 minutes in the drive-thru and by the time we got the milkshakes they were melted. The chunks in the milkshake were also too large. One had an entire half of a banana in one piece.
