We went in 30 minutes before close and I am sure everyone was ready to go but they treated us well

I ordered a chicken sandwich with everything on it and fries. I also ordered a strawberry shake. The lettuce was old and there was no sauce on the sandwich, not even mayonnaise. I had to go up and ask for some ranch because the sandwich was too dry.

It was great to be able to use our free scoops for the kids & a bogo coupon for us. We were all able to get ice cream for $5 or $6.

Flavor of the day board always a draw especially when flavor is a good one. Custard is fresh and tasty. Customer service can be improved by basic training of associates --- especially in simple manners. Saying "please" and "thank you" and having some enthusiasm for the job would definitely help
