We are regular customers and greatly enjoy this Red Robin location. People are friendly and great service. Not a big fan of new table computer ordering though. It takes human transaction out. The staff are starting to rely on them a little too heavily and forget about it if you have a question! The first thing our waitress last night said was " are you familiar w new system? You can use it to cash out". We didn't even have our drinks yet. I go out to eat for a dining experience and not fast food and computerized transactions.

As always we greatly enjoyed our visit. The free meals on the rewards card are a great bonus!!!!

the food was excellent, as usual. our waitress was too busy to bring water or beverage refills, but other staff brought us our food while it was both hot and fresh.
