Excellent customer service, wait staff was friendly and very efficient, food was hot and timely fashion and overall experience exceeded our expectations for the Bisi atmosphere that Red Robin always maintains!

Veterans Day free burger. Would not let us add on to burger. Waited 45 min for table but That is expected on vet day. Hostess and server and runner were extremely polite and great! Food was good. Thank you!
