Love Steak 'n Shake. Would go more if one was in Phoenix, AZ. I don't eat at the one in Tempe because it's signature.

I downloaded the app for the first time, but didn't know how to add my gift cards to it. the cashier had to get a manager because she didn't know either. I found that odd.

It was pretty dirty. Otherwise good. Love the free kids meals.
