Love my server Joanne. The kitchen seemed to mess up my order. I got the hamburger as ordered (Boca patty) but the kitchen didn't make my onion rings. I received my rings another 10 minutes after I received my burger. I understood they were training in the kitchen, but it sure seemed like a long delay on the onion rings.

The Morgan Hill location has great service & Joanne is a wonderful bartender. The manager on duty always checks on the customers to make sure they had a great experience. Only problem I've ever had there was on occasion my hamburger (boca pattie) Is over cooked. I'm sure the cook doesn't know how hard a Boca burger becomes if it's over cooked.

My husband & I like red robin because he can get a chili burger & I can get a burger w/ a boca (vegetarian) patty. We usually eat in the bar to stay away from kids & the service is usually better in the bar.

We ate in the bar area. Great service in that area. Joanna the bartender is wonderful. She's a great asset to the Morgan Hill, Ca Red Robin. ??????

very cold inside. asked for ac to be shut off. never done. it was colder inside than it was outside. i ordered garlic fries. if i had known it was just gonna be garlic salt and not actual garlic i would not have ordered them. server never prebussed table

Waitress was great. We weren't in her section but waiter whose section we were in was not competent. We sat for about 15 minutes & then waitress who helped us asked if anyone had taken our order yet, when we explained no, she said she would just cover it. Good was good. Resturant has been remodeled & seems to be nosier then before.
