Good was good and staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be not to put the burgers directly on the plate. It makes the bottom bun a little soggy.

Slow waitress, she did not care., I went without a drink for 15 minutes. The food was excellent.

I ordered a piña Colada and they made it with ice cream, I've got a dairy allergy. I've never seen anyone make one with ice cream before! Food was ok, nothing great.

We ordered the kids' meals way before ours but they did not receive their food until after we did and half of my burger was gone. Then my husband's burger was wrong. It took forever to get refills on French fries, sweet potato fries, kids pasta, etc. the manager seemed to care less at first when she came to talk to us. She did get better when she can with more fries. She ended up taking care of our whole bill. The waitress was actually not bad, but it seemed the kitchen was awful!! We did tip the waitress as she seemed to not be at fault. We were so disappointed as our last visit was not great here either and we rarely get to eat at a Red Robin.

Onion rings were wonderful, when our meals were brought out we asked for more of the bottomless fries for my husband and son. I ordered the mushroom burger and when I got it the bottom bun was extremely soggy. Flagged down the waiter and asked for a new bun and another of the fries for myself. The new bun didn't arrive until my husband and son were done with their meals, never got the other order of fries. I was not happy so instead of trying to explain to the waiter anything more and waste more of my time, I asked for a to go box. He brought out a huge box for my half burger do I did ask for a smaller box. Waiter didn't seem to care, never came back to ask how our food was at all. Red Robin needs to really work on their food and waiting staff.
