Red Robin

Our last visit before this one was awful based on the new pay machines they installed. The waitress was awful- rude & wanting the machine to babysit us. But still expecting a tip. It was the first time we never gave a tip. On top of that the machine never warned us we would be charged to play a couple of games. So we ended up paying the machine to babysit us AND for games we played due to WAITING SO LONG FOR OUR FOOD. We had no intention of ever returning despite years of weekly patronage. Well the weather was bad, roads icy & RR was the only place still open close by. So we went. It was a lucky fluke b/c THIS time there were price warnings on the games (thank you- we tried out the brand new system w/o prices) & the waitress was superb! She didnt rely on the machine & was nice & attentive.wow! A return to the service we once knew! The machine was an option to use not a demand like the other waitress made it. Thanks to the changes- we will be back.

Awesome restaurant! Was seated right away. Was very impressed with how nice and courteous our waiter was! Food was great!

Their burgers are incredible. Try the pouting while they have it!

waitress was very helpful in the befinning. but once we had ordered she vanished. waited for food. and she never returned and offered bottomless fries.
