Steak 'n Shake

I was not happy about the payment transaction. I have the app to get rewards and it did not work this time. The cashier did not know how to work it and didn't seem to care. She did not stop the manager to ask for help. The manager went by numerous times and never stopped to see if he could help. I didn't get my rewards credits, so I'm unhappy about that.

This Steak n Shake is the closest one to me and I had a coupon for a $1.49 breakfast bowl. These were the primary reasons I went here. I was really hungry, so I also ordered the $3.99 all you can eat pancakes and coffee. The table was dirty upon being seated. This was the only thing I could find wrong with this location.

Ordered cheese sauce for my fries and did not get it even though I was charged. The food was great, but I wish I was given what I paid for.

Good food, slightly pricey for fast food, friendly staff

The food was really good and fresh. The shakes take far too long to come to the table considering that shakes is in the name of the restraunt. The drinks were also empty far too often and long.

Couldn't use rewards, manager didn't know much about it or APP

Nice steak 'n shake. Good burgers.
