Steak 'n Shake

Everything was good. A little confusion on the order but other wise very good.

Came in as Shake happy hour was just ending. I made it but waiter said it went through register and I would not make it. However he went on his own and asked manager and got it approved. He went the extra mile for the customer!! Well done!

There was a cute waitress

They must not be able to hear very good from that Mic at the pull-up on the to go orders. Had to say it three times because you got it totally wrong the first time.

Saturday night around 9:30, after minor league Baseball game. Pull up to take out line, one person in front of me that I could see. Finally after several min. I hear someone taking there order, and hear a apology for the wait. I get there and give our order for two shakes... No apology for me? Pull up for another 5-7 min. wait. Person working window was not in a good mood??? However the shakes were great!!! At least something went right on the visit.

I was not happy about the payment transaction. I have the app to get rewards and it did not work this time. The cashier did not know how to work it and didn't seem to care. She did not stop the manager to ask for help. The manager went by numerous times and never stopped to see if he could help. I didn't get my rewards credits, so I'm unhappy about that.

This Steak n Shake is the closest one to me and I had a coupon for a $1.49 breakfast bowl. These were the primary reasons I went here. I was really hungry, so I also ordered the $3.99 all you can eat pancakes and coffee. The table was dirty upon being seated. This was the only thing I could find wrong with this location.
