I do care for the pay at the table computer, I'd rather see my waitress and pay her. It seems like we didn't get a full service like at other restaurants.

I was a little annoyed that people seated after us got service before us and we had the same server.

I enjoy the food but it was dirty

Took our family to a Saturday lunch, Red Robin was fairly slow. Took a while to be seated...our waiter was sent home and they didn't give us a replacement. Burgers were a bit cold as well but our family just wanted to get through the day. I had a coupon to receive a free burger for my birthday so that was pretty sweet :)
