Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The first Enterprise car rental I went to on North Military Trail - the customer service sucked. For a example: we had been waiting for sometime to finally get a rental agent. After starting to take some information down He gets a phone call: instead of putting the caller on hold he choose to let us standing there for the next approx. 8 minuets !!! Finally we just walked out. Went to another Enterprise just down the street from the terrible and dirty customer service Enterprise. This rental office wasn't too bad except the agent that we started out with couldn't speak English very well and did basically the same mistake the other agent made ; answered the phone left us standing there waiting instead of putting the caller on hold. After a few minuets I told them We were about to leave when another agent took over our paperwork the other agent continued on the phone call for at least another four minuets. Finally rented s car - thank God. More then likely will not be renting or advising anyone I know to rent from Enterprise especially the one near my house on North Military Trail , West Palm Beach....

Very little in the way of options and car choices.

Every single worker I encountered was extremely rude.
