Omni Providence Hotel

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The A.C. did not work when we first came into the room however they were prompt in repairing it.

The staff was amazing. Very knowledgable about area restaurants and shopping. Extremely kind and friendly. Our room had a lightbulb out and a toilet that didn't always work. However, we didn't report it or I know it would have been serviced.
