I really appreciate DT's free service for fixing flats--helped save my day!

I feel like they try to take advantage of me and upsell. They also never accept the warranty on my tires because of "mechanical issues" which I don't even have. The tires on my car that I had to ORDER today (none in stock) had 50,000 mile warranties, and I only made it to 35,000, but they would not accept that because they were not perfectly worn. Crooks is what they are.

Stopped in to see if they could inspect one of my tires. The wait time was 1.5 hrs and I didn't have that much time to spare, so I left.

Got two new tires less than an hour and was told an hour and 45 mins speedy service friendly and knowledgable staff at Kerrville Discount Tire!

They had the tire I needed and put it on in a timely manner.

Horrible service. They ordered the wrong rims the first time. When trying to pay out, could not find anyone to check me out. They ignored the order of the receipts received and just chose the customers they wanted to serve. LOTS of staff standing around. Terrible wait time.
