I went to kings dominion and chose la Quinta due to the package deal that was available and the fair price offered. Additionally the photos on the web site helped decipher which hotel would be the best for our family. The fact that there was a pull out queen sofa helped quite a bit with us having two teen age boys. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can point out is the indoor pool had way to much chlorine in it. You could not even see the ladder rungs under 1 foot of water. This had no impact on us since we had no intention of using the indoor pool. Overall, the hotel met and exceeded our expectations.

Susan was super friendly and helpful. Bathroom in 305 tub needs replacement, and they need to have a ramp by the front doors.
