When I checked in the guy at the front stated that he needed a credit card I told him this was direct bill , he got upset when I told him I wasn't going to give him one, so he gave me the worst room this was the first room on the side of the street with all the traffic ! I didn't sleep at all , he retaliated due to the fact I didn't want to leave a credit card, the last time I left my credit card they billed it instead of billing my company, which caused me financial issues for weeks! Not good !
