This is such a lovely hotel in a fantastic location! The staff was friendly & courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. It feels more luxurious than many hotels in the same price range. Pool area was clean & towels were laid out, a nice little touch. And the warm cookies, oh my! My only complaint was that apparently we did not "qualify" for complimentary breakfast. I was disappointed by this and surprised. My family, with young children, often make our lodging choices with breakfast in mind. In a place like Breckenridge, with an active and fit culture, even something as simple as fruit, granola, and coffee would suffice.

a little disappointed with the cleanliness and the large AC unit in the room that blows constantly. it made the air extremely dry. the food was simply ok, but multiple restrooms I visited in the mtg /conference area were not clean. I would not stay at this hotel again

The elevators seemed to be struggling. They made lots of weird noises. And the set up was very strange. The room was great! Clean and comfy. Front desk and valet staff very friendly and helpful

The hotel feels run down and old. Even the remodeled room wasn't really new. The hotel felt "dirty. What a weird elevator system. I can't believe this is a Hilton. Too bad because the location is good and staff was really nice.
