La Quinta Inn & Suites Downtown Conference Center

The rooms were very nice & clean. The bed was comfy! Upon arrival & check-in the manager upgraded our room from a King room to a King Suite!! The staff was very friendly & helpful. This was not our first stay at this hotel but our greatest experience & defiantly will be back!!

1. Wonderful breakfast buffet 2. Excellent and convenient shuttle service to UAMS 3. Some problems with getting TV to work with remote? 4. No soft chair in our room, only a desk/computer chair 5. Pool didn't appear to be very clean, with cloudy water. Several things in pool area were broken (lights, corner skimmers, ladder) two days we had to ask for swimming towels as cabinet was empty 6. Even though we have been in the room much of the time, we thought the trash and used towels would have been picked up at least everyday, but haven't been for two days.

We stayed for an event. The event hall was extremely hot. We asked for an extra blanket and never received it. But it was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Conference area was dirty
