Typically I have a quick and great experience at Jason's. I've never really had a problem m; even at lunch time. My order went thru timely and accurately but my coworker ordered a caprese panini and and for whatever reason it took them probably 10 - 15 minutes to complete. The staff was very good the whole time by checking in on us, and saying " they are still working on it". Finally one of the cashiers noticed we had been there entirely too long because she had told us 2x that " they were still working on it". She got told us she was going to get he GM and as soon as she said that we noticed the baggers began working on her order. The GM game over and told her they would void the payment since we had waited so long. Excellent service but when we got back to the office to eat, she realized they completely got her order wrong. So not only did we wait for a long time but she didn't even get what she ordered. Thankfully she didn't have to pay for it.

The chicken Alfredo was pretty terrible
