When my daughter went to get her fountain drink, her choice was "out". She reported it to a staff member who told her he'd get it switched out. He came to our table within about a minute and a half to let her know it had been changed. Talk about service.

This store is very nice. I'm always a bit disappointed though, when it never has Frito Pie. Other locations offer this. Today I wanted Potato Soup. Cold and windy outside and it sounded good. However, it wasn't on the menu! Ugh. I had chicken noodle instead. Was okay. Not want I wanted tho
