I always enjoy staying at this hotel it's clean it's safe it's convenient they have a nice day Jacuzzi tub in the room I choose it's near an outback and other restaurants it's overall a great experience

FIX SQUEAKY FLOOR 510

Room 510 is still squeaky in the floorboards I stayed in for 10 previously and the noise is awful in that room so being in 510 I only imagine every time I walk around the room the sound I making the people underneath me listen to it's been six months possibly nine months since I've mentioned to the hotel management the squeak and it's still not fixed I understand that this might be a very expensive fix but it's one that needs to happen

The cleanliness was superb. We stayed in this hotel for this specific suite for pleasure. I was highly upset the next morning when housekeeping began knocking on the door to clean the room at 8 am when check out wasn't until noon. This went on repeatedly until check out time. At least a dozen times the door was knocked on. Also as housekeeping was cleaning the other rooms they proceeded to slam the door to every other room on the hall repeatedly. Needless to say wanting to spend the night in the jacuzzi tub and sleep in in the morning isn't happen. I complained at the desk upon check out only to receive an in sorry. That doesn't account for the hundred bucks I sent on the suite to enjoy the jacuzzi and sleeping in that I didn't get to do. I am also contacting choice over this.
