I got egg white and asked for it toasted longer than usual. The girl did but another girl came and took over and I felt rushed so my egg was cold. My suggestion is for egg cook longer whatever the time is it's never long enough. Due to a line I didn't want to say put it back in but that sort of thing ruined what would be a good meal. So simple too.

There was a chubby female employee at the location on Ray and 48th street who is rude.

Overall good experience except for one thing and I wanted to go to your website to say it but it wanted to much info like address etc. there was a big fast what looked like a roach scurrying across the floor and creeped me out.

We had to go to 2 different subways because they were out of avocado
