BEST WESTERN Wichita North Hotel & Suites

Lovely accommodations. Nice, roomy rooms. Up to date decor in a safe and well lit area. Pet friendly and a great place to get a great sleep.

The stove in the TV and sofa area was very unusual. No pots and pans but an oven with a stove.

Hotel was clean and acceptable. The restaurant morning staff for breakfast buffet and lunch buffet not so much. James and Ross are good staff!!! Not any of the others. The buffet food is always over cooked.

Food not so good. Served without, forgotten and cold.

The meeting room was cold. When staff were contacted they immediately addressed the issue. That was very helpful!

My father and I were a bit shocked about the $100 deposit required for a one night stay. It was kind of sprung on us at the last minute and neither one of us remember being advised of this when we booked. I would think that would be something you need to make very clear. Otherwise you get very upset customers. I would suggest revised your website and MAKE SURE people understand that the extra deposit is due at checkin. I would have really appreciated that. Unfortunately because of this, my entire family will no longer be staying at any Best Westerns anymore. It's a shame too. The hotel was nice.
