Staff let us stand in the wrong line for about 6 mins before they told us we were on the wrong line

My food was great and always is. It took a longer time than usual but it was before the lunch rush. Had to get another card to redeem my loyalty and the cashier still didn't do it correctly, but I did not have timers wait, but then I had to come back.
