I used to get the Italian bmt and substitute the ham for turkey, and I would get charged extra or some would try to refuse to do it. Now the italiono melt is what I got and im ry happy with it.

When we walked in there were 2 employees. 1 on break and the other helping customers. When it was our turn to order we weren't greeted very friendly. Just what "what can I get you" as we ordered the line continued to get longer. So the other employee went behind the counter but didn't help anyone for about 5 minutes... The employee went to their back room... So when we were given the option of the veggies we would like I noticed one of the sandwiches had the wrong types of meat...I myself had to tell them which meats go on the sandwich as they try to argue it was correct. I had to point to the menus above to show them what meats it listed.the employee then had to remake my sandwich... As I listed off the veggies the employee had to continue to ask what I wanted as if they weren't listening to what I was saying... Over all just the customer service was just not up to par as I expected it to be...
