Benjamin Harrison House

My students LOVED the trip to the Benjamin Harrison House. They learned so much :) Thank you.

Love this place and they were decorating for Christmas and it got me into the festive mood. Got to talk with the curator and was fascinated by her knowledge and love of the house and it's artifacts. A must see for any history buff.

It was fun. Not a rip roaring experience, but a nice way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Our guide was funny in that she was so enthusiastic about the material, sometimes she just couldn't get all the words out. If you're looking for something different in Indy, go see the house of the Hoosier president.

We loved the tour. Our guide was nice and seemed knowledgeable. The only problem was not glimpsing the kitchen. Since we were pressed for time our guide said we could peek in there (there was another guide in there). The other guide was not very friendly at all. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I took my students there on a field trip and loved it!
