Great customer service

We were pleased with every aspect of our experience except the cleanliness of the seats (highly stained).

We were provided a rental car while our car was being repaired after an accident. The arrangements were made by the insurance company but if we had made them we would have chosen Enterprise as a result of past experiences

Great service and cars.

Customer service was great! The car I rented has stains on the seats, and the windshield looks like it was very grimy and was not cleaned well, at all.

Car was very dirty. Even after they cleaned it.

The car door popped every time it was opened. Very annoying

The service wasn't great and the car was nasty.

The car smelled badly. Took it back and using a family member's extra car.
