Great atmosphere and nice rooms

This hotel stay was great and I can't think of any room for improvement. Hotel room was clean, parking was easy and location couldn't have been more perfect right on the beach.

Great place for families for spring break -quiet and peaceful

I have stayed at this property before. Sadly, it has changed recently in the way of staff. Not for the better. I had a lot of trouble receiving my diamond H Honors member privileges and upgrades. I had to move rooms twice the first night and then lost most of my second day because of miscommunicationbetween the front desk and housekeeping staff when I had to switch to a third room. The night before I was told to wait in the room until the next room was clean. At 1 o'clock after the third person had knocked on my door asking me to leave, I called down to the front desk and found that the room I was waiting for hadn't even been cleaned yet and that they were not aware that it was supposed to be cleaned for me! The restaurant was good, but very overpriced for the The quality and amount received. I had ordered a Caesar salad, which had the worst labor I have ever tasted in the Caesar salad of my life! The server refused to remove it from my bill even though I didn't eat it and had thrown away! Very sad!!! I am very disappointed
