I went on my lunch break an there was 3 other people in front of me. I waited over 10 mins an left. I didn't have time to wait.

I saw tons of commercials about a new BBQ sandwich and that's the reason I went there. They didn't have it. Then I asked if they still took the subway card (for points) since I bought 2 meals anyway. They said "usually, but I didn't show it to them quick enough" so they wouldn't take it. Oh well. Did not leave me feeling very appreciated as a customer.
