Didn't have the food we were looking for.

I came in with a coupon that they refused to honor after I had ordered my food. the sandwich was supposed to be a 6 in but was clearly only a 4. They also forgot some of the toppings that I asked for. It was during g the busy lunch hour and only one employee there.
