Red Roof Inn Palm Springs - Thousand Palms

My husband one a free night stay, our first time at red roof inn. It felt like cheap motel, the chair had material hanging below it, the bath matt towel had a disgusting pubic hair on it and the water leaked in the shower which was also showed signs of wear...

The bathroom in my room was a bit messy. The entry door to the room was difficult to open. It seems the door was not properly latched. The pillows were stained and very hard.

Had to stop due to a storm, stopped to sleep for a few hours. But the room was decently cleaned and the staff was awesome! Didn't use the pool or anything else, just the beds. But they were great enough to avoid the storm and gets some good rest!
