Red Roof Inn Phoenix Airport

I called to request extra towels and the staff assured me they would be right up. 25-30 minutes passed and when I called again to see what the problem was, it was as if they didn't want to hear me out, instead they just interrupted with "she's coming she's coming" and hung up. The room smelled of smoke even tho we requested a non smoking room. The shower was terrible, it made such a mess of water all over the place even with the curtain closed. The bedding was thin and the pillows were hard, not comfortable to sleep in at all! I was highly disappointed. I also called to request a hair blow dryer and they said the would send one up if they found one, and wanted to hang up (again) I asked if they could please check before they just left me wondering if they had one or not, it was terrible customer service. I will not be visiting a Red Roof Inn ever again.
