Fees to stay in this higher end hotel are many besides the hotel room charge. The amenities such as parking and WIFI should be complimentary just like they are elsewhere, this is now the norm for most hotels why is this one different.

Awful experience! the shuttle driver was a jerk. We called and waited 35 min just for him to pull 50 feet away from us and the shuttle waiting area so he could pick up 6 airline employees who had just walked up. Then he wanted us to wait until he dropped them off because we had a lot of luggage. That didn't happen we made him make room for us in because it was 11:30 and we had to be back to the airport at 4am. He wouldn't help us with our bags and still expected to be tipped out. We checked in and they gave us a room that smelled like vomit that had tried to be covered up so we had to change rooms. We didn't get to sleep until 1:30am. The hotel was old and run down it didn't have a Hilton standard at all. My husband and I both have gold status and he stays at a lot of Hilton properties. This was the worst. We asked for a shuttle at 4am and we got to the lobby at 3:50 again we had to wait. At 4:20 he started loading everyone at this time there were 10 people waiting for the shuttle. So we didn't get to the airport until 4:50 after everything was loaded. When we got there my husband helped unload all the luggage ours and everyone else. I feel like they cater to the airline employees and everyone else is pushed aside. We are Hilton honor members as well and my husband has stayed at Hilton for business travel for 17 years. We don't like being treated Ike casual travelers. The hotel and the employees are the worst.
