The staff didn't greet me as I enter and before taking my order. I didn't know he asked me what do I want to order. I had three sandwiches. I was at the veggies station ordering my veggies for my second sandwich but the staff at the condiments station kept asking me what do I want on my first sandwich, hello, do you want anything on here, is this all you want on this sandwich. She was very annoying and kept trying to get my attention if I want to add any condiments to my first sandwich. It got me upset because I'm talking to the staff at the veggies station for my second and third sandwich. I was SO CONFUSED what to do. Two staff are asking me what do I want on my sandwiches. Finally, I said to the staff at the condiment station, "you will have to wait because I have three orders here. " She then walked to the back. I guess she she was mad because I finally gave her the attention and told her that. I went to this location because it's near my house but I won't be back here. I'll go somewhere else because the staff didn't greet me and I don't feel welcome. The food didn't taste like the typical subway sandwiches. Also, prior to this visit I she a bad experience. I walked in there at 7am before I get to work at 730am. I wanted chicken noodle soup and they didn't have it. Other subways have it ready but not this one. I don't know what's going on with this store. Another time I visited, I saw a live cockroach on the counter. I didn't really care but as I'm looking at my time...it's ticking became I have to get to work so I left. The staff was very slow with the customer and she was the only one working.

Ok experience

The sandwich was disgusting. It got soggy even though I started to eat it only 20 minutes after I bought it. The pastrami was very fatty, chewy & had hard pieces. I only ate 3 bites then threw the rest away. I complete waste of my hard earned money. I won't go back to that location.
