Love Subway's freshness. ..

Best customer service for weeks now! The guy behind the counter was friendly. Yesterday I walked into a store and found the workers chatting and sitting on top of the counters ( not subway ) ! I welcomed the friendly employee .

First thing when I walked in all the lady said was "what kind of sandwich?" No greeting or anything. I told her I wanted extra cheese on my sandwich and she put it on the wrong one. Next, I told her I wanted lettuce and it was brown and did not taste fresh at all. I asked for salt AND pepper but the pepper was so strong I had to take apart most of my sandwich. Lastly, I stood at the register after I finished eating to buy some cookies and the same lady say "what do you want" and was extremely rude, yet her name badge said she was assistant manager. I am very disappointed in subway today and I am more than likely to not return to that location anymore.
