The employee was very unprofessional and did not follow sanitary practices. She was on the phone when I and another customer walked in. She did not acknowledge us but kept talking for another couple minutes while we waited. Then she did not wash her hands when she put the phone down but rather just put her glove back on that she had removed. She helped the customer in front of me, handled cash to check him out and then came to make my order without washing hands or changing gloves. I asked her to please change her gloves and she complied. However, the entire time I was in the store she did not wash her hands once. Even after handling the phone and cash. I was very tempted to walk out.
