We had ants in the room and I called front desk which the lady never reported after a 4 hour wait time. Then upon check in our room was given to another guest & the gentleman didn't want to change it. Our room was paid for by our relative who was at the hotel. We were there for a wedding. I ordered room service & the food wasn't good, but I was told I would receive a credit. The price for the food was to high for this not to be a 5 star hotel. I could've gone to a local place. Housekeeping never made up our beds. There was no amenities in our room.
