Staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Took a very long time to get my order only to find out that it was sitting with the phone orders. Never going back to that Schlotzkys again!

This location has gone downhill really bad. The service was very slow and the server touch our food right in front of us without any gloves on. The sandwich was so sloppy it looked as if it were just throw together. Really bad experience. I plan to call corporate head quarters to report.
