Bread was super-fresh, meat was lean...nonfat/gristle, love the ingredients on the sandwich. Had the Albuquerque turkey. Person at the window was reasonably nice. Service is usually slow, but it was ok this time.

Great food

First time here and it was great

I appreciate that they offer gluten free buns however, charging $1.50 extra is ridiculous. One large sandwich was almost $10.00 with tax. This did not include a drink or chips which is charged separately. That would have been close to $15.00 which is ridiculously overpriced. The food is great but not worth the high price.

Love eating here. The food is really good and the staff is friendly. Will come back as always.

I still had a wait when picking up order at window

We were using coupons we got from Vinny because our previous order was messed up. When we went to redeem them, the new girl at the front give us a hard time telling us they weren't supposed to be giving them out and it is just always chaotic in there. The employees are always goofing off and cussing loudly. My order is messed up almost everytime I go in. There are employees off the clock standing at the window talking to the other employees. It looks like they have a new manager and I hope this changes things. The food is delicious and if they got more responsible staff I think business would improve.

Coupons have weird dates on the for beginning use and ending use. I told the guy I had a coupon and even showed it to him and he said I could use it. When I drove back around the drive thru he said oh I just called my manager and he said you can't use until tomorrow. So I told him I was going to use a buy one get one free sand. He said ok. I ordered and then he said what size sandwich I said I don't know what ever I need to get for the coupon. He said ok. I said ok medium. So I get to the window and he said oh you have to get large. Do you want to switch it, I said yes. So he comes back after a minute and says oh they are ready made so you can't use the coupon. So I ended up paying full price for two sandwiches and then they charged me too much for the soup and it was barely warm. Wow. Horrible experience!
